With price increases on utility bills and usual costs increasing with the basics of running a business we want to take away the worry knowing your room hire is your only cost, with no hidden charges. Apart from the obvious utility bills you can benefit from our Wi-Fi, booking system, manned phone line, email account response, advertising and social media accounts. Our building is fully serviced so cleaning and maintenance is off the cards and your focus is solely with your working needs.

Here at Urban Sanctuary we have lots of equipment to loan to make your work here as easy as possible, including safe store for regular room hirers. Why make things hard when we can take away the pressure. Want a desk and chairs or need to switch to a beauty couch and trolley? No problem! Let us know your needs and we'll be set up and ready for you.

 

We stay open late, as we know your time is precious and juggling work and family can be tricky! Make the most of our large availability make things work for you.

We have a huge amount of decorations, props, themes and event equipment to hire, we are happy to arrange and plan events to your needs supplying everything from balloon arches to projectors.

We're lucky enough to be located opposite a free 1 hour parking bay. For those appointments after 6pm there is no time restriction applied. If your client requires a longer stay, Urban Sanctuary Space is a short 2 minute walk via Warners Lane from the Rushes NCP car park. Daily parking fees apply though a free for 2 hours can be redeemed with a £5 spend in Tesco, M&S or PureGym.  Beehive Lane car park is also a short 4 minute walk away. Urban Sanctuary can allocate a free parking space for all room renters after 4pm. Please enquire for more details.
